Thank you for using Pregnancy Test AI Checker (“the App”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

Your privacy is extremely important to us. The App does NOT provide medical diagnoses and is for informational purposes only. The results generated by the App should not replace professional medical advice.

You can use the core features of the App without creating an account or providing personally identifiable information.

2. Data We Collect

The App is designed to collect minimal data.

We do NOT require your name, email address, phone number, or any form of personal identification.

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following:

A. Data You Provide Voluntarily

  • Images of pregnancy tests uploaded for AI analysis
  • Questions or messages sent to the in-app AI assistant
  • App preferences (language, notifications, theme settings)

👉 Important:

  • Uploaded images are used only to generate the analysis result.
  • Images are processed securely and are not used to identify you.
  • Images are not shared, sold, or used for advertising.

3. Automatically Collected Data

To ensure proper functionality and improve the App, some anonymous data may be collected automatically.

A. Device & Usage Data

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version
  • Country or region (non-precise, non-identifiable)
  • Crash reports and performance logs
  • Anonymous interaction statistics

B. Advertising Identifiers

If you use the free version of the App, we may collect:

  • Google Advertising ID (Android)
  • Apple IDFA (iOS)

These identifiers are not linked to your identity and are used only to display ads.

4. AI Image Analysis & AI Assistant

The App uses Artificial Intelligence to:

  • Analyze uploaded images of pregnancy tests
  • Provide informational responses via an AI assistant

AI Limitations

  • AI results are not medical diagnoses
  • Results are probabilistic and informational only
  • Lighting, image quality, and test type may affect accuracy

We do NOT:

✘ Use images to train external AI models
✘ Associate images with personal identity

5. User Consent Before AI Processing

Before any image or message is transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) for processing, the App clearly informs the user that:

  • The uploaded image or submitted text will be securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider.
  • The data will be used solely to generate analysis results or AI responses.
  • The App does not permanently store uploaded images.

The user must provide explicit consent before any data transmission occurs.

If the user declines, the image or message is not transmitted and no AI analysis is performed.

6. In-App Purchases (IAP)

The App offers optional premium features.

All payments are processed securely through:

  • Apple In-App Purchase (iOS)
  • Google Play Billing (Android)

We do NOT collect or store payment information.

Apple and Google may collect transaction data according to their own privacy policies.

7. How We Use Information

We use collected data only to:

  • Provide AI image analysis results
  • Enable the AI assistant functionality
  • Improve App performance and accuracy
  • Display ads (free version only)
  • Process in-app purchases
  • Detect errors and prevent misuse

We NEVER:

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) to provide:

  • Pregnancy test image analysis
  • AI-generated informational responses

When you upload an image or submit a message to the AI assistant, the following data may be transmitted securely to OpenAI:

  • The uploaded pregnancy test image
  • Text messages submitted to the AI assistant
  • Limited technical metadata necessary to process the request

All data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections.

Images and messages are used solely to generate analysis results and responses. They are not used by us for advertising, profiling, or resale.

OpenAI acts as a data processor and processes data according to its own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

9. Data Storage & Security

  • Most user data remains on your device
  • Temporary processing data is anonymized
  • Industry-standard security measures are used

We take reasonable steps to protect all data from unauthorized access.

10. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The App is not intended for children under 13 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted promptly.

11. GDPR – European Union Users

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to:

Since no personal data is stored on our servers, most data can be removed by uninstalling the App.
