5. User Consent Before AI Processing
Before any message is transmitted to OpenAI, L.L.C. (United States) for AI processing, the App clearly informs the user that:
• Submitted text will be securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider.
• The data will be used solely to generate AI responses.
• The App does not permanently store submitted messages.
The user must provide explicit consent before any data transmission occurs.
If the user declines, the message is not transmitted and no AI processing takes place.
All transmissions are encrypted using HTTPS.
OpenAI processes data according to its own privacy policy and applicable laws.

6. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional premium features.
All payments are processed securely through:
